磷酸氢钙（二水）性 能：白色单斜结晶粉末，无臭无味，溶于稀盐酸、硝酸、醋酸、微溶于水，不溶于乙醇。相对密度为2．32。空气中稳定。75℃开始失水生成无水磷酸氢钙。
磷酸氢钙（二水）用 途：食品工业中作疏松剂。面团改良剂、缓冲剂、营养增补剂、乳化剂、稳定剂等。如作面粉、蛋糕、糕点、焙制品的膨松剂，复配型面包改质剂，油炸食品改质剂。亦用于饼干、奶粉、冷饮、冰淇淋粉。作营养增补剂或品质改良剂．
磷酸氢钙（二水）包 装：外袋为编织袋或牛皮纸袋，内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，每袋净重25kg。
